Keeping Up With the Kardashians may be on hiatus, but you know that’s not enough to keep one of America’s most followed families away from primetime TV.
Ten years ago, Khloé Kardashian couldn’t seem to get away from the “fat sister” stigma the media placed on her after her family’s reality TV show premiered for the first time in the fall of 2007. As fans, we watched the now 32-year-old businesswoman struggle to watch her sisters receive relentless positive attention for their bodies while she was often shamed. But now, her shame-filled days are over, and she wants to help her fans “shut down the shamers” by helping them reach their #RevengeBody with her new show, Revenge Body with Khloé Kardashian.
To get there, Kho Kho enlisted some of the best celebrity fitness trainers to work with herself and group of women over a 10-week period including none other than West Coast trainers Gunnar Peterson. Why does all this matter? Well, thanks to LG Life’s Good, Anecdote Magazine met with Peterson for a one-time chance to work out like Khloe and every other celebrity that hit the trainer’s California-based gym. LG gave us a pair of headphones with a preset playlist to bump while we sweat it out in the middle of Manhattan, and boy, did we sweat.
Watch our intense workout with Gunnar, and get motivated to create your own revenge body! (Yes, we know that was a corny line, but what can you do?)
