Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez Transforms Into Congress-Fighting Superhero in New Comic Book

By Amber McKynzie @amackgizzles · On March 4, 2019

If you questioned AOC’s super powers, you should stop.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has become Congress’ fresh new face, but she’s also transformed into the face of Devil’s Due’s upcoming comic book, Alexandria Oscasio-Cortez: and the Freshman Force: New Party Who Dis?.

Devil’s Due uploaded a photo of the comic book’s cover to their Instagram account last Tuesday (Feb. 26), announcing pre-sale dates for comic heads and shops looking to scoop the graphic novel before it’s gone.

The politically-based comic “paints AOC as a larger-than-life character who shows up in D.C. to kick some GOP ass with her fellow freshmen,” reports TMZ.

As the story goes, AOC, a budding WWE-style, female wrestler is taking over the Capitol — starting by kicking some veteran Congressman butt!

The 29-year-old representative is not involved in the development or production of the comic book, but tells TMZ it’s an “honor” to find out this will be on bookshelves everywhere coming soon.

“It’s certainly an honor that people would spend so much of their own time and talent into that all on their.”

She continues, “I’m especially honored that they’re donating the proceeds…for immigration and civil rights protection.”

Devil’s Due says comic shops can reserved their copies today, and the public can place preorders at www.OcasioComic.com!
